By booking a service or making a purchase at New Concept Hair Studio, you agree to
our Service, Return, Cancellation, and Salon Policies.
These policies help us provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all guests. Thank you for
your understanding and support.
Service Policy
All services are final sale. If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
We don’t offer refunds, but one complimentary adjustment may be provided—only if the
original goal stays the same.
Requests for a different style or color are considered new services and will be charged
accordingly. No further adjustments or refunds will be offered after the first adjustment.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days if unused, with the receipt and original packaging, for a
full refund.
Used products are final sale.

Cancellation Policy
A valid card on file is required. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of
the service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable, and your card will be automatically charged for late cancellations.
